FAQ

We do our best to work with our clients' specific scheduling requests. That being said, we are unable to guarantee a specific day for service most of the time as our schedule is arranged regarding many factors, including weather impacts and a service area that covers three counties. We are currently working on a protected client section for our website that will hopefully offer some additional scheduling resources, allowing you to notify us of specific event dates that you would like to have the service performed for. We will let you know when that is ready!
Generally we do not bag lawn clippings. It has been proven that by mulching clippings back into the lawn will put back 10% of the nutrients that mowing removes from the turf. However bagging may be performed if turf is too high or thick to mulch clippings, or if you specifically request the clippings to be bagged. Please note that there is an additional charge if bagging is performed.
Before fertilizing, we recommend a comprehensive soil test which will let us know which nutrients your lawn is lacking. In a dedicated effort to save our lakes and streams, we recommend not using chemical fertilizers until you know exactly what your yard and it's underlying soil need to be healthy. Once the soil test results are available, if fertilization treatments are recommended, we can arrange this service through one of our partners. In the meantime and for all ordinary yard health purposes, we utilize special blades on our mowers to mulch the cut grass and leaves back into your soil. This ensures that essential nutrients are being recycled throughout your yard and not being wastefully disposed of elsewhere.
A lot of the icons we use are from font-awesome, check them out here. I've also found some of the more customized ones at the noun project. Specifically, the snow globe by Yazmin Alanis, leaf blower by Jems Mayor, gnome by Bonnie Beach, lawn mower by Ricardo Moreira, grass by Bryn Mackenzie, and fence by dsathiyaraj.
